Water Damage – Coon Rapids Professional Office

Water damage occurred at this Coon Rapids professional office after hours when a plumbing supply line burst. The break in the water line deposited more than an inch of water onto the floor of the offices before the staff showed up for work the next morning. Management at the firm explained that they had a busy day planned and hoped we could respond to their emergency quickly so they would not have to cancel appointments. We dispatched a large crew with sufficient water removal equipment to tackle their dilemma. SERVPRO technicians extracted the standing water very quickly and set up commercial air movers and dehumidification equipment to facilitate drying. We got the office to a point where they were able to use a portion of the facility for meetings, and they did not need to cancel any client appointments. Needless to say, we had another happy customer.
