Water Damage to a Meeting Room in Coon Rapids

The standing water on the carpeting of this conference room in a local hotel was caused by a broken water line. There was a problem already in the laundry room, so the soiled table clothes were unluckily heaped on the floor before the flooding occurred. Our SERVPRO team extracted the water using wet-vacs and moved the tables and clothes as we worked. We then set up equipment to expedite the evaporation rate to capture the water molecules with gel dehumidifiers. We also floated the carpet in several areas to remove moisture trapped by the baseboard molding.
