Jeff is the Reconstruction Operations Manager with SERVPRO and is responsible for a wide range of functions necessary to successfully manage the reconstruction division. He is responsible for setting budgets, managing daily operations, and identifying areas of improvement while ensuring a high quality of services in all dealings with customers.

With a sparkling smile, Albert delivers high quality service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in performing our reconstruction services.
Mikkel S.
As a production technician, Mikkel performs various production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects within the realms of water, fire, and mold damage. He has completed an intense Water Restoration Technician Course through the IICRC and is knowledgeable surrounding the topic of water damage and restoration.
Cheri H.
Cheri, our Estimator, is responsible for managing a wide variety of functions necessary to successfully obtain, bid, and price reconstruction projects. Cheri has a superb customer service track record, she delivers consistent and well-defined estimates to clients, and properly analyzes labor, material, and time requirements for a project. We're happy to have her top of the line knowledge on our reconstruction team!
Brittany S.
As a Job File Coordinator, Brittany spends her time answering customer calls to the office as well as monitoring, tracking, coordinating, and auditing jobs. In addition, she performs general office duties such as crafting correspondence with customers (you!) and filing reports. Britt adds spunk and sass to the office atmosphere and keeps all of our technicians on their toes!

Ben, a Job File Coordinator, performs all office tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. He has done a wonderful job organizing our office so that everyone can easily find what they're looking for!

Jordan is our production technician and helps out our crew chiefs on all our cleanup and restoration jobs. Whether it is high noon on Wednesday or midnight on a weekend, he is always ready when he gets the call, and there is a customer that needs our help!

Carlos is a WRT Certified technician. During his time with SERVPRO as a water damage restoration tech, he has worked on jobs ranging from large a school fire in Minneapolis to flooded basements in Edina. Our clients always comment on Carlos’ friendly demeanor and attention to detail. Carlos and his wife reside in Crystal, Minnesota.

Joe is a WRT Certified technician with experience from 2013 in the cleanup and restoration industry. He is also a team member of our Storm Team and has traveled throughout the county during catastrophic events to lend a hand to stricken residents with clean up after a natural disaster.

Stacie is the lead (FSRT) fire & smoke technician for SERVPRO of Coon Rapids / Central Anoka County. She has been working with us since 2011 and is certified by the IICRC in Smoke and Fire Remediation. Our customers are consistently amazed by her ability to restore items in their homes that they thought were lost. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed!

Jesse is our Production Manager at SERVPRO of Coon Rapids / Central Anoka County. He has been working in the restoration industry since 2009 and is IICRC Certified as a Water Technician (WRT) and an Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD). He has witnessed it all in his career and around here we like to say that he’s forgotten more about restoration than most people will ever know!
